Donnington Classic Bike Show
Early February, it must be time for the Donnington Classic Bike show, and about time, "The Arctic Three", dusted off the camping gear, and froze their nuts off.
And bless them they did. Fighting against the cold, strong winds, and angry organisers, they once again, made the pilgrimage to Castle Donnington.
We had a strong line up of bikes on show again this year. There were huge amounts of interest in Pete's Skull bike, and John's Royal Star.
As usual Malc had his Royal Star looking lovely, Rick's bike shone as usual, with Paul showing his Midnight Star, Chris and his Road Star, Ken with his Drag Star, and Les showing his Bright Red Honorary Star(Volusia), we had a full range on show.
The show was as usual full of fantastic bikes, all renovated to a condition they never were when they first hit the tarmac.
It is a brillianrt day out, and will be repeated next Feb, so go along if you can.
First outing this year for The Lost Riders, a lot of members came along, Steve and Cath came from Lincolnshire.
And Malc's prize? For the 3rd year in a row he got an award for best ridden to show,
we want to know who he has to kiss.
Good to see the center so active in the depths of winter.
